Shutdown planning & Execution

For large shutdowns, we always work in close coordination with our customers to plan, supply & mobilise skilled labour and, safely execute the work in order to satisfy the client needs and expectations. In partnership, we are able to plan, schedule an inspection or overhauls of Rotating Equipment in our office and guide our site team to follow the plan to make sure to meet the deadline set by the client.

Deliverables can include; scope of work, project plans, Level 1 up to Level 5 schedule planning, QA/QC documents, Inspection Test Record and Work Method Statements.
